The Habit Journal allows you to track daily habits, helping to keep yourself accountable. The journal also allows you to plan your months, weeks, and days with a clearly laid out page design.

I am so excited to support you with building new habits, chasing your goals, and following your dreams. I created this journal because I struggled to find one that encompassed all of the elements that support personal and professional growth. The pages you find within this journal have been carefully curated from my own daily practices and habit building exercises. I can’t wait to see what you achieve!

What’s in the journal?

Habit tracking

The journal features a habit tracker for each month. This is one simple and effective way to build a habit into your routine and stick to it. It also provides you immediate feedback to show you that you’re on the right track.

Daily pages

The Habit Journal allows you to plan your weeks and days, with both work and personal tasks. The page design is clear and functional, allowing you to prioritise and keep on top of your to-do list. There’s also a morning check in and evening check out to reflect on your day.

Weekly review

Weekly reviews are a great opportunity to prepare and organise yourself for the week ahead, and reflect on some learnings from the week that you’ve just completed. We all have good and bad days so looking at a 7-day average is a more helpful gauge of how much progress you’re making and have made.
