1. General Overview
By pre-ordering Not Just a Period ("the Book") from any of the retailers listed on this page here, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. The pre-order incentive ("Incentive") is available only to customers who purchase the Book before its official release date.

2. Eligibility

  • The Incentive is open to individuals who pre-order the Book from Eligible Retailers between 10/05/25 and 21/05/25.

  • This offer is open to residents of all the regions listed here.

3. Incentive Offer

  • Pre-ordering Not Just a Period will entitle you to the following Incentive: you will be entered into a prize draw.

4. Pre-Order Process

  • To be eligible for the Incentive, pre-orders must be made by Wednesday 21st May 2025.

5. Delivery & Fulfillment

  • The Incentive will be sent to the address provided during the pre-order process. For digital incentives, access will be provided via email or account registration.

  • You will receive an email confirmation of your pre-order and details regarding the fulfillment of the Incentive.

6. Non-Transferability

  • The Incentive is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other form of compensation.

7. Limitations

  • This offer is limited to one entry per person.

  • The Incentive cannot be exchanged, refunded, or substituted under any circumstances.

8. Returns and Cancellations

  • If you cancel your pre-order, you will forfeit the Incentive. In the event of a return, the Incentive must also be returned or refunded.

9. Changes to the Offer

  • The Food Medic reserves the right to change, modify, or discontinue this pre-order incentive offer at any time without prior notice.

  • If the Book’s release date changes, the pre-order period and Incentive eligibility may be adjusted accordingly.

10. Disclaimers

  • The Food Medic is not responsible for any technical issues, interruptions, or delays in fulfilling the Incentive.

  • The pre-order Incentive is subject to availability, and substitutions may occur if the original Incentive becomes unavailable.

  • The Food Medic will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the pre-order or receipt of the Incentive.
