There are multiple ways a woman can lose her menstrual cycle, one of which is hypothalamic amenorrhea (HA). Hypothalamic amenorrhea occurs when part of the brain that controls menstruation, called the hypothalamus, isn't working properly. This can happen due to stress, excessive exercise, being underweight, or not eating enough calories. The body essentially decides it's not in a good state to support a pregnancy, so it stops the menstrual cycle. In this webinar, we will learn about how HA is diagnosed, what causes it, the recovery protocol, and how to prevent it.
